The Doughnut at the UMons Chair “Engineer: Driving the Transition
Doughnut Grand Slam for UMONS! 🏆
The University of Mons, through its “Engineer in Transition” Chair, has taken a bold step: not just a one-off event, but a true transformation journey based on the Doughnut model. 🎯
✨ On the agenda:
✅ A major conference to explore the model and its real-world applications.
✅ Staff training on the new Doughnut Fresk and facilitation of the business approach.
✅ A workshop for alumni to dive into key questions and explore possible transformations through the “deep design” of the organization — meaning its internal structure and functioning.
💡 A key point? The staff’s willingness to train and take ownership of the model to ensure lasting change. Because we all know: shifting practices takes time! ⏳
It was a real pleasure for us to support this innovative initiative — with the added bonus of Mons’ warm and friendly atmosphere, which made the experience all the more enriching! 🤩
