Launch of The Shift’s new program “System Shift”
In September 2024, the BeDonut team facilitated a meeting between members of The Shift network and Kate Raworth to celebrate the launch of a new program, The System Shift, set to begin in 2025.
This program, led by The Shift, aims to bring together a learning network of around ten leaders to ask deep questions about the transformation needed within our organizations to enable true systemic change. Participants will explore the five key levers proposed by Doughnut Economics for organizations: purpose, ownership, finance, governance, and networks.
Barbara Goffin, a member of the BeDonut team, will give an introduction to Doughnut Economics at the first session, with a focus on the purpose.
These five dimensions shape the very deep design of an organization and must be reimagined in order to adopt distributive and regenerative practices.
